Meditation - St. Pauls Cathedral

When I use my high resolution cameras, I am trying to capture every single detail I can in certain scenes. This cathedral located in London, UK, not far from Westminster, has so much going on. The back end of it is so different than the front end. All of the Candelaber’s. The arches look like something for a Roman Aqueduct, and the murals and mosaics point towards the resonance. Like me, when I was taking the picture, the other people in the space appeared to be in a quiet meditation and were serene and peaceful. No wonder why this is such a popular spot for people living here to go to. I made a print of a 30” x 40” that is hanging in my living room next to the TV. Every time I look at this large print, I feel myself transported back to this space. And every time I look at this picture closely I see something I didn’t see before. This video is an attempt of mine so that you too can enjoy this large framed print, just like I do. I didn’t want to talk in this video or explain anything about it in the video. I think it would wreck the mood and the feelings of reflection and serenity. One person I know shared this video meditation with somebody that was experiencing some difficulty. She thought it would really help her. I hope it did. It certainly puts me in the right spot each and everyday. Enjoy!
